Welcome to Olive, a support platform designed to help fathers preserve their voice, reflect with intention, and protect their legacy. By accessing or using the Olive app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Olive, a support platform designed to help fathers preserve their voice, reflect with intention, and protect their legacy. By accessing or using the Olive app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who Can Use Olive

To use Olive, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Use the platform for personal reflection, journaling, and supportive growth.
• Not use Olive for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

3. Account Information

To use Olive, you may be asked to provide:

• Your first name (used to personalize your experience).
• Your email address (used for login and support).
• A secure PIN (optional, to protect your Vault).

You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and secure.

4. Your Data & Privacy

We deeply respect your privacy. Your content, including voice recordings, text reflections, and personal inputs, is stored securely and will never be sold or shared without your consent.

We use:

• Supabase to manage authentication and store your data.
• Local device storage for app session continuity.
• Optional Stripe integration for future premium features.

5. AI-Generated Support

Olive's AI companion (O.C.) provides emotionally intelligent suggestions, prompts, and responses. This AI is not a licensed professional. Olive does not offer legal, medical, or psychiatric advice.

6. Voice Journals & Reflections

All entries you submit (text or voice) remain your property. You grant Olive the right to process and store them solely for your use within the app. You can export or delete your data at any time from within your account settings.

7. Prohibited Use

Do not:

• Use Olive to harass or harm others.
• Impersonate another person.
• Upload illegal or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, or resell Olive's experience.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If major changes occur, we will notify you via the app or your registered email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
